6. Run dehumidifiers and fans to speed up the drying process
7. If mold is found call a mold remediation company
8. Meet with an insurance adjuster to review the damage
9. Acquire estimate for the reconstruction
10. Hire a reputable contractor to repair or restore the space

All work performed by Hilpert Construction is fully guaranteed for three (3) full years from the original date of installation. Where most of our competitors provide the one year warranty required by law, we provide three (3) full years.
Hilpert Construction can offer this extended warranty by ensuring that only the highest quality materials are used and installed correctly by our talented staff.
If you should find something that you would like repaired, simply call our office. We will promptly schedule a service appointment to rectify the problem. There will be no charge to the client for labor or materials on any repair due to faulty workmanship during three (3) year period.
