Hilpert Construction is a Chatham based construction company specializing in all aspects of residential construction and renovation: Kitchens, Bathrooms, Basements, Bathrooms, Decks, Additions, Home Theaters and More.
Our vision for the company was to bring in quality labor skill sets so that Hilpert Construction self-performs the majority of all work scopes. This allows Hilpert Construction to complete 90 to 100 percent of a project's scope without the need for outside labor (sub-contractors). This in-house concept allows us to control our own schedule while maintaining the highest level of quality, dependable service and solutions to meet our client’s needs.

All work performed by Hilpert Construction is fully guaranteed for three (3) full years from the original date of installation. Where most of our competitors provide the one year warranty required by law, we provide three (3) full years.
